สื่อต่างประเทศรายงานข่าวกรณีที่ ไอซ-รักชนก ศรีนอก ส.ส.พรรคก้าวไกลและอดีตนักเคลื่อนไหว ถูกศาลตัดสินจำคุก 6 ปีไม่รอลงอาญาเมื่อวันพุธ จากข้อหาหมิ่นสถาบันและความผิดตามพ.ร.บ.คอมพิวเตอร์ ปมโพสต์รีทวิตและทวีตในโซเชียลที่เข้าข่ายหมิ่นสถาบัน
รอยเตอร์รายงานว่า น.ส.รักชนก ศรีนอก ส.ส.ก้าวไกล วัย 29 ปี มีความผิดจาก 2 โพสต์เมื่อปี 2020 ในแพลตฟอร์มสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ X อ้างอิงจากคำตัดสินของศาลเมื่อวันพุธ
